Underground Downspout Kit: Proper water management around the foundation of your home can be very effective at keeping water from reaching your basement. The most serious problem is downspouts that discharge water right next to the foundation.

Kit includes: Debris filter, Lid, Center Post, Bubbler Pot



The Border Patrol Underground Downspout Kit Installation Guide * Select an area for the Bubbler Pot at least eight feet from the house in line with your downspout.
* Dig a hole eight inches deep and twelve inches in diameter for the Bubbler Pot to sit in.
* Scoop out a shallow trench from the house to Bubbler Pot, sloping from four inches deep to eight inches deep at the pot.
* Assemble the Bubbler Pot, Center Post and Lid. Using the standard 4" thin wall P.V.C. pipe and elbow, fit one end of the pipe into the Bubbler Pot and the other end to the elbow.
* Hold the Debris Filter up against the house just under your downspout and after measuring the length of pipe needed to connect the Debris Filter to the elbow, cut to the correct length. Attach to the other end of the elbow.
* Backfill the trench around the pipe and Bubbler Pot with dirt.
Beaver Basement Water Control Products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original buyer and any products which are defective in workmanship or material will be repaired or replaced at the option of the Beaver Basement Water Control Corp. hereunder shall be limited solely to repair or replacement of products that fall with the foregoing limitations and shall be conditioned upon receipt of written notice of any alleged defects or deficiency promptly after discovery and within the one year Warranty period. The Warranty contained herein shall not apply to any product that has been damaged or has been altered in any way or which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident. The warranty does not apply to color match or color retention.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
